Pistol shooting relies heavily on instinct and muscle memory, and internal red dot optics help shooters quickly capture targets. In recent years, they have become common equipment in both military/police units and competitive shooting. As early as the late 1990s, competitive shooters began adopting dedicated mounts with internal red dots; later, military and police forces gradually introduced compact red dot sights on standard service pistols.

However, such modifications were traditionally limited to mainstream military/police models or competition‑specific pistols. To meet the expectations of a wider player base, KIZUNA WORKS developed a dedicated internal red dot mount alongside the launch of the MKW pistol, compatible with popular optics such as Trijicon RMR, Noblex Docter III, and Vortex Venom.

Unlike conventional designs that completely remove the rear sight, KIZUNA WORKS deliberately retained the rear sight structure. This ensures shooters have a reference point when using the red dot, and if the optic fails, they can instantly revert to traditional aiming—guaranteeing uninterrupted performance.

手槍射擊講求直覺與肌肉記憶，而內紅點瞄準鏡正能輔助射手快速捕捉目標，因此近年已逐漸成為軍警與競技射擊的常見配備。早在1990年代末，競技射擊圈便開始採用專用鏡座與內紅點；其後，軍警單位也逐步推廣於制式手槍上加裝小型紅點鏡。

然而，過往這類改裝多限於主流軍警槍型或競技專用槍款。為滿足廣大玩家期待，KIZUNA WORKS 在推出 MKW 手槍之際，同步開發專屬內紅點底座，相容於 Trijicon RMR、Noblex Docter III、Vortex Venom 等主流紅點鏡款。

有別於一般設計完全拆除後準星的做法，KIZUNA WORKS 特別保留後準星結構。此設計不僅能在使用紅點時提供輔助參考，更能在紅點失效時，迅速回歸傳統瞄準，確保射擊不中斷。
